Lake Taupo - New Zealand's biggest lake. Was a perfect winters day, so clear that we did sky diving later in the day but I couldn't take my camera and I didn't want to pay an extra $200 for some generic sky diving photo.

Very cool! Are you from NZ or were you visiting us? Lake Taupo is wonderful! Usually when we drive past we dip our feet in even if its freezing ;-) Did you go to the hotpools nearby? Great shots there.

I like how you haven't over complicated this shot. It's simple and pure beauty.

Loving the colours!!! Have you thought about turning it into a cropped panorama? Taking out a little of the sky and cropping above the chain fence? I think you might be mildly surprised how nice it would turn out ;)
